You can now check your TalkTalk home and mobile account on the go with the new My TalkTalk App.
The app also allows you to run a real time health check on your TalkTalk services and troubleshoot any issues.
How to get started:
Getting setup is really easy, simply download the App, enter your My Account email address and password, and you’re ready to go.
Features include:
• View up to 12 months of detailed billing information
• Keep tabs on your spending by checking calls made and TV rentals since your latest bill
• Run a real time health check on your phone, broadband and TV connections
• Troubleshoot to help you diagnose service issues
• Report issues with your service, and get updates on resolution
• Track usage of your TalkTalk Mobile

Please try refreshing the page by pulling it down first and if that doesn't work drop us an email and we'll look into it for you.
