Adding a new blood pressure record takes just a few clicks.
Simply enter the Systolic (high) and Diastolic (low) blood pressure and click 'save'. You can also enter the pulse, posture (e.g. sitting), location (e.g. left arm), comments, and custom tags. Record your blood pressure based on your needs. Leave any values empty if you don't need them.
Track your blood pressure history with ease.
View your historical blood pressure records in a table, or use one of the summary options. Plot the blood pressure data on one of five different graphs and diagrams, or see an analysis of high and low pressure.
Create printable reports with the email export feature. View and edit the report before sending it to your doctor. Or, save your blood pressure data directly in the MS Excel format.
The default ranges for blood pressure are consistent with the JNC 7 Physician Reference Card, but you can change them for your convenience. Consult with your doctor to learn what target range is best for you - this is especially important for people with diabetes or chronic kidney disease.
